What You’ll Do:
Pool Maintenance & Repair: Test water chemistry, clean surfaces, and inspect equipment to ensure pristine conditions.
Equipment Care: Maintain your truck and tools, suggesting necessary upgrades or repairs.
Safety & Training: Follow safety protocols and support coworker development.
Documentation: Complete work orders with before/after photos and chemical readings.
Customer Service: Conduct pool safety reviews and provide excellent service.

What You Need:
2+ years of pool maintenance experience
Valid driver’s license + high school diploma or GED
CMS, CSP, or CPO certifications (or willingness to get certified)
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stay organized
