Yes, when you sign up for Worklik, you receive a free trial with candidate matches included. This allows you to experience the full service before committing to one of our pay-per-match models or subscriptions, offering a low-risk entry. The free trial will automatically renew after a month, allowing you to continue using our freemium plan.
How much does the service cost?
Posting jobs is free. You only pay when you receive applications from instant-matched candidates. We offer two flexible pricing plans:
Pay-per-Match: Pay only for instant match-based applications.
Monthly Subscription: Unlimited applications, priced by the number of active job listings.
What is an instant-matched candidate?
An instant-matched candidate meets all the job requirements you specified. Candidates can also be partial matches if they meet some but not all the criteria. For candidates who are not instant matches, you have the control to review their profiles and decide if they should be considered as a match for your job opening.

Will I be charged for applicants who are not an instant match?
You will only be charged for applicants who are an instant match If a candidate is not an instant match, you will have the opportunity to review their profile and decide whether to approve their candidacy.
How can I specify or modify my criteria for relevant candidates?
Adjust your criteria by editing the job details settings for each job post.
How can I limit the number of applications per job listing?
To set a limit on the number of applications, go to the 'Jobs' section, access the 'Settings' for the specific job post, and limit the number of applications you wish to receive every week.
How long does it take to create a job post?

How do I review candidates?
When a candidate applies, you will receive a notification via text, email, or both. The notification includes a link directing you to the candidate's profile within your dashboard, where you can view their details and video introduction. This allows you to decide if they are suitable for the job and your company.
What are the next steps after I’ve reviewed a candidate?
Once you’ve reviewed a candidate, you can update their status, contact them via the chat feature within the dashboard, or reach out by phone or email. You can also allow the candidate to book a meeting directly through your calendar. If the candidate isn’t a good fit, you can change their status to reject the application.
How does the matching algorithm work?
Our matching algorithm operates in two ways:
Core Criteria Matching: It matches candidates based on key requirements, such as specific experience and availability. Candidates who meet these criteria are considered instant matches. Candidates who meet most but not all criteria are classified as partial matches.
AI Matchmaking Algorithm: This algorithm continuously learns and operates in the background, recommending jobs to candidates based on successful matches and the speed of hiring. Our AI-driven matchmaking algorithm is highly accurate.
How relevant are the candidates?
Candidates can only apply to three jobs within the first 24 hours, ensuring they are selective and only apply to jobs they are confident they fit. This means you’re competing with fewer employers, and you can focus on quality over quantity, reducing the need to sift through numerous resumes.

How quickly can I start receiving applications?
After posting a job, it goes through our confirmation process where we verify your profile. You should start receiving qualified candidates within 24 hours.
Can I pause or cancel a job listing?
Yes, you can delete or pause job listings by accessing the settings and making the job post inactive. You can reactivate it whenever needed. If you purchased a prepaid package, your candidate credits will not expire.
